EDISON - The latest New Jersey Transit survey shows that three out of four customers would recommend the service to a friend.

The surveys were collected in February and March through NJ Transit's website and one-on-one interactions.

NJ Transit says it is happy with the findings considering the survey was conducted during a time when customers experienced two major rail disruptions on the Northeast Corridor.

While customer satisfaction is up, NJ Transit's rating fell to 'acceptable' for on-time performance, fares and schedules.
