EDISON - Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.) gave a speech on American exceptionalism at the Ronald Reagan Library in California tonight.

Afterward, the governor was asked to reconsider his decision not to run for the presidency after rumors circulated this week that Christie was going to make a run for the White House.

Gov. Christie had repeatedly and vigorously denied reports for the past year that he was considering a run in 2012.
