JERSEY CITY - The beloved statue of Divino Niño, which depicts Jesus as a child, has been returned to the St. Aloysius church in Jersey City.

According to a report on NJ.com, the statue was recovered this morning at a local store. The owner called police when she realized it was the relic from St. Aloysius.

Parishioners are happy to have the statue back, which stands as a symbol to support needy children around the world.
