Statehouse calm as Christie checks out of hospital

Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.)'s health scare luckily did not get out of hand today, but if it did, power would have fallen to Lt. Gov.

TRENTON - Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.)'s health scare luckily did not get out of hand today, but if it did, power would have fallen to Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno.

News 12 New Jersey spoke with Guadagno, who says she was never actually in charge and was in touch with Christie via phone all day long. Overall, the tone at the statehouse was calm as the governor underwent tests.

Guadagno says she never had any concerns and that the governor is looking forward to getting back to work.
