UPPER SADDLE RIVER - State police are warning motorists that November is one of the most-dangerous months to drive on New Jersey roadways due to deer-mating season. Cops say in a five-year period there were more than 52,000 accidents on Garden State roads because of close encounters with deer. Authorities say early morning and early evening hours are the most hazardous.
