SEA GIRT - All eyes are again fixed on Gov. Chris Christie as the first-term Republican governor reportedly reconsiders his decision not to seek the GOP nomination for president in 2012.

Christie met yesterday with New Jersey National Guard members, but stayed away from news reporters. The governor recently completed a cross-country fundraising tour for fellow Republicans.

News 12 New Jersey has learned that Christie may make a final and formal announcement regarding his plans on Wednesday.

The governor must decide soon as filing deadlines in states such as New Hampshire and Florida are on the 28th and 31st of this month, respectively.
