Snow totals hit 6-12 inches for most of NJ

EDISON - A snowstorm that has already dumped several inches of snow has moved north out the Garden State.

News 12 New Jersey meteorologist James Gregorio says central parts of the state saw slightly less snow than the northern parts, with 7 inches reported in Edison.

East Rutherford and Hackensack saw the most snow, with more than a foot. Eight inches fell overnight at Newark airport.

All winter storm warnings and advisories for the state were lifted earlier this morning.
