Snow, ice plague Paterson roads

PATERSON - With more snow in the forecast, many streets in Paterson are still plagued by snow and ice from last week’s storms.

Residents aren't just blaming the New Jersey salt shortage. They say plows did not effectively clear snow from the city’s streets.

“They don't clean the right way,” said Reinaldo Ramos. “They say they have no salt, but they hardly pass with the plow.”
