JERSEY CITY - The suspect in the execution-style murders of a Jersey City couple who had just celebrated their engagement is back in court.
It's the second trial for Shiquan Bellamy after a jury earlier this year failed to convict him.
Bellamy is accused in the April 2010 double murder of a couple who had just arrived home from their engagement party. Nia Haqq and Michael Muchioki were met outside their Randolph Avenue home by a group of three would-be carjackers.

When the suspects could not steal the car because of a steering wheel lock, investigators say the couple was shot and killed.
The defense has argued that one of the other alleged carjackers who pleaded to lesser charges is lying about Bellamy's role in the murders.
Bellamy's first trial in the case ended in March after the jury deadlocked on all of the charges following two days of deliberations.
Officials say Bellamy is charged in connection with four other murders in Jersey City, all within three weeks time.
