Police say there were more than 100 teens inside Deutz Avenue home during the party. There was a cover charge at the door and the parents were upstairs. Neighbors say renters moved out on Sunday.
The two adults could face $500 to $1,000 fines and up to six months in jail if the Mercer County prosecutor finds they were providing alcohol to minors.
Investigators are speaking to the victim's family and say they remain focused on finding the shooter. Police have not yet released a description of the shooter.
One of the four wounded remains in the hospital. Friends have identified him as Stacy Underwood.
