HOLMDEL - A large crowd gathered at the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans' Memorial in Holmdel Monday to join Sen. Cory Booker in honoring those who have served.
Booker was among those on hand for the annual event that specifically pays tribute to Vietnam veterans from New Jersey who never returned from service.
"It's quite a moving experience to see this every year - it really is," says Jack Jordan, of Belford. "Some of my Vietnam veteran brothers are here and some that I know have passed."
More than 212,000 residents of New Jersey served in Vietnam.
