EAST RUTHERFORD - Sen. Cory Booker delivered the address at Ramapo College's commencement Friday at the IZOD Center.

Booker told the college's 56th graduating class to enter the next phase of their life embracing hard work and dedication. He also told them not to shy away from a challenge or the fear of the unknown.

"We should not be people who seek comfort and ease because that's not what the world needs," Booker told the graduates. "It needs achievement. It needs people that are willing to go beyond the limits that they can know are possible. And the only way to do that is hard work."

More than 1,500 students received degrees from Ramapo today.
