SEASIDE PARK - Seaside Park residents are on edge Monday after a bomb exploded near a charity race in the Ocean County community.

A suspect has been arrested in connection with that and another bombing in New York City over the weekend, which gave some residents a moment of relief.

But many say they fear he may have had accomplices.

In the Seaside Park attack, a pipe bomb exploded on the boardwalk near spectators and participants in a Marine Corps charity race.

Customers at Three C's Luncheonette in Seaside Park say it's a reminder that terrorism can happen anywhere.

Locals say people should remain vigilant and report unattended containers, including backpacks and coolers left on beaches.
