SEA BRIGHT - Coastal flooding remains an issue as the Jersey Shore hunkered down for the second part of the winter blast.

Several roadways, including Ocean Avenue in Sea Bright, were shut down Thursday morning when the rough ocean waves met the Navesink River.

Sea Bright schools had a delayed start on Thursday due to floodwaters seeping into the town's streets.

New Jersey Department of Transportation crews say they are prepared for whatever the high tides might bring.
