MIDDLETOWN - The Brookdale student accused of stealing a drink in the community college's cafeteria has had a disciplinary hearing at the school.
The theft charge at the school has been dropped as part of a deal that the college made with Colero. The student pleaded guilty to a charge of interfering with the job of a school employee. He has been placed on an administrative probation for the rest of his time at Brookdale.
The Municipal theft charge remains pending. Colero is expected to appear in a Middletown court on March 26 to face the charge.
