TOMS RIVER - The couple who admitted abusing a cocker spaniel that became the poster pup for animal abuse will not go to jail.

A judge in Toms River has overturned the six-month jail sentences of Shauna Kennedy-Morgan and Keith Morgan.

They were found guilty in an abuse case involving Sammy the Dog.
