ASBURY PARK - More than 4,000 runners were in Asbury Park Saturday as part of the 20th annual "Runapalooza."

The event was started by only a handful of runners back in 1997 and it has grown exponentially over its 19-year history.

Organizers say this year's event raised more than $50,000 for the Special Olympics.

They say the event has something for everyone including a 5K, a 3-mile walk and a half-marathon.
