Reward offered for missing Somerset County boy

SOMERSET COUNTY - Detectives in Somerset County continue to search for an 8-year-old Green Brook boy allegedly abducted by his parents.

A $2,500 reward is now being offered for information leading to the arrests of Michael and Amy Streko. They are accused of taking their son Everett from his grandmother's home. The boy's grandmother was his legal guardian.

Authorities say the boy was taken sometime after 10:30 p.m. on July 16. On the morning of July 17, the grandmother noticed the boy and Amy Streko, who also lived with them, were missing. The boy's belongings were also missing.

Amy Streko may be driving a 2007 gray Ford Focus with New Jersey license plates reading Y96-FHN. Michael Streko may be driving a 1997 white and blue Winnebago with New Jersey plates reading X72-FNK.

Anyone who may know the Strekos' location is urged to contact Somerset County authorities.
