OXFORD - Residents in Oxford are fed up with the blight that sits in the center of town.

The old OxWall Tool and Dye factory has sat empty for years and is now just a big mess, according to locals.

Officials say that they aren't even sure who owns the property anymore and that an assessment on cleaning the location up would run the town up to $300,000, far too much for the town to afford.

Mayor Don Niece says he hopes the state will help the town in cleaning up the dilapidated building.
