LODI - A Bergen County Police K9 unit has caught the man police believe is responsible for a string of holdups in the county, according to a Cliffview Pilot report.

Investigators told the news website that the suspect was found hiding in a garbage bin behind a Boston Market, not far from the scene of one of the robberies.

Police believe the man robbed five businesses in two days across the county.

No one was hurt during the robberies, although several employees say they were shaken up.
