Reginald Chance allegedly bashed in the driver's window with his helmet before the driver, Alexian Lian, was dragged out of the car and beaten.

Police say the couple in the SUV were out celebrating their anniversary with their toddler when the attack happened. A man from Passaic has been charged with sparking the alleged attack by stopping his bike short in front of the SUV on purpose.
