Red Cross holds event for victims of Ewing building explosion

The charity and their partners collected brand new clothing and household items for the victims of the blast. (3/15/14)

EWING - The Red Cross held a special charity drive today for the victims of the Ewing building explosion earlier this month.  

The charity and their partners collected brand new clothing and household items for the victims of the blast.

The Red Cross says more than 50 homes sustained damage during the explosion, and that more than 20 homes are uninhabitable.

It says that whatever was not taken from the drive will go to aid needy families in and around Ewing and Trenton.
