RED BANK - Officials in a Monmouth County community have issued a warning to drivers about potholes.
A councilman and the Department of Public Utilities in Red Bank are alerting motorists to the problem and urging them to use extreme caution on roads.
"I know it was a bad winter," says Kevein Brinson. "But, you know, something has to be done about it."

It has not been determined whether the notification and warning release the borough of responsibility if cars are damaged by potholes.
Red Bank officials are asking the public to call a hotline to report potholes.
