EDISON - A bakery served up some sweet holiday traditions Wednesday in Edison.

The Raritan Bakery was jam-packed all morning with residents shopping for their favorite baked goods.

The bakery, which has been in operation since the 1930s, is known for its brick-oven rye bread, Hungarian strips and other traditional bakery treats.

"Once you have a taste of it, you have to come back," says Joe Coyle, owner of the bakery.
