NEW BRUNSWICK - The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office has subpoenaed information from Rutgers University in connection with freshman Tyler Clementi's suicide last month, according to a report.

According to the Star-Ledger, the prosecutor's office wants copies of e-mails that Clementi sent to school officials complaining about his roommate. Published reports say the prosecutor asked for the subpoenas because the university was not fully cooperating with the investigation.

The campus is still healing after Clementi's death. Clementi's roommate and another student are charged with invasion of privacy. They allegedly used a webcam to watch Clementi in a sexual encounter with another man and then posted it online.
