PRINCETON - Princeton University is giving away seven homes on campus property to anyone willing to assume the cost of relocate the homes.

The university says they did not want to demolish the homes on Alexander Road but would rather give the public the chance to apply for them. They plan on building an arts and transit project on the designated property.

A spokesman for the university says several walls and floors have been removed the homes. An interested party says the partial demolition makes the relocation process less costly placing the cost of relocation at $75,000.

The university says it wants the homes off the property by the end of April.
