Princeton student charged with invasion of privacy

PRINCETON - Authorities in Princeton have accused a Princeton University student of taking sexually explicit photos of another male student without his consent.

Police say 20-year-old Richard Tuckwell met the other male student earlier that day at a party. Police say the pair went back to a dorm room where the male student fell asleep after drinking.

Police say the male student woke up to see Tuckwell taking sexually explicit pictures of him on his cellphone camera.

Officials don't believe the photos were meant to be distributed to anyone else.

Police have charged Tuckwell with invasion of privacy.

The male student also accused Tuckwell of sexual assault, a charge that police are still investigating.
