SCOTCH PLAINS - Power outages are still crippling residents in Scotch Plains.

The mayor's office announced tonight that the substation run by PSE&G that serves Scotch Plains and Fanwood will require three or four days to be brought back online.

Pockets of residents may still be without power for seven to 10 days.
