Postal worker George Bell stops car break-in on Crystal Drive

TOMS RIVER - A 54-year-old postal worker stopped a car break-in at 4 a.m. on Friday morning.

Authorities say that George Bell saw a teenager trying to break into a car on Crystal Drive and called the police.

Police say when Bell told the 17-year-old suspect that he called the police, the suspect hit Bell and they began to wrestle.

The suspect was arrested when the police arrived on the scene.
