EDISON - A new poll shows Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.) is getting mixed reviews on his job performance.
The Monmouth University poll shows 47 percent of New Jersey residents approve of Christie's work, while 49 percent say they disapprove.
Less than half of those polled say they knew anything about the town hall meetings the governor has held.
Experts say Christie's state budget proposal is the main reason for the shift toward negative ratings.
