EDISON - New York City's surrounding airports aren't faring so well with travelers.

A poll by Travel and Leisure magazine calls New York's LaGuardia Airport the worst airport in the country. John F. Kennedy International Airport is ranked fourth worst, just ahead of Newark Liberty, which came in fifth place.

LaGuardia travelers complain about the airport's check-in and security process as well as its design and lack of cleanliness.

Minneapolis' airport was ranked the nation's best.
