WOODBURY, N.Y. - Police from Long Island's Suffolk County say that based on information received by detectives, they believe the body of missing New Jersey woman Shannan Gilbert may be in the thick underbrush near Gilgo Beach, where 10 other bodies have been found. Police say they're planning to search the area again, although they're currently unsure when that search will take place. Yesterday, police announced that they now think just one serial killer is responsible for murdering all 10 victims found in the area. Earlier theories had two or more killers using the desolate stretch as a dumping ground for victims. Police also say they believe the killer is probably a Long Islander.Remains found near Long Island beach not missing NJ womanA look at the bodies' investigation on Long IslandInvestigators search on Long Island for more evidence, bodies
