ELIZABETH - A fatal accident claimed the life of an Elizabeth man early this morning. Police say Milton Moreno, 66, was crossing First Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle. No charges against the driver have been filed yet.

Elizabeth police are still investigating the accident with the assistance of the Union County Police Fatal Accident Team.
