PERTH AMBOY - Police have captured a man wanted for a fatal Valentine's Day shooting in Perth Amboy.

Prosecutors say 32-year-old Jahmmel Chephas was arrested Friday in Georgia.

They say the Franklin Township native is being charged in the death of 31-year-old Richard Price.

As News 12 previously reported, Price was shot outside the club 829 Lounge on Amboy Avenue.

Investigators say the men got into a bar fight at the 829 Lounge prior to the shooting.
