GREEN BROOK - Police and arson officials are investigating a blaze that broke out yesterday at a Somerset County motorcycle shop.

Officials say the fire started around 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Green Brook Cycle on Route 22 in Green Brook. It took fire crews hours to put out the flames.

Piles of debris are all that remain of the nearly 60 bikes that were destroyed.

Bill Monari, who works as a mechanic shop next door, says he feels for the bike shop's owner. "He's in a lot of shock right now," he said. "Business has been rough as it is."
