Police: Human remains stolen from another Middlesex cemetery

WOODBRIDGE - Authorities say that someone broke into a mausoleum at Holy Rosary Cemetery and removed the remains of an elderly man Tuesday night.

Officials have not revealed the name of the man, but say he was interred in the mausoleum in 1977.

According to police, Holy Rosary Cemetery is located in the Fords section of Woodbridge, just two miles away from St. Mary's Cemetery in Perth Amboy, where they say the remains of a 2-year-old boy were dug up and taken last November. Police say they suspect the incidents are related, but are continuing to investigate.
