PATERSON - A civilian worker for the Paterson Police Department is facing drug dealing charges.

Passaic County sheriff's officers arrested 42-year-old Brunilda Garcia after they raided her Paterson home on Friday night and allegedly found hundreds of packets of heroin.

Garcia has worked in the police records department since last October.

She was previously a city police dispatcher for four years.

Garcia is expected to be suspended without pay.
