Police find missing Irvington brothers

IRVINGTON - Police say two children have been found nearly 19 hours after they were reported missing.

Officials say 5-year-old Gabriel Hyman and 9-year-old Harry Hyman apparently walked about 2-and-a-half miles from the home of Harry's father to the Irvington home of Gabriel's father yesterday.

Garbriel's father wasn't there - so a neighbor took the children in. She called police Thursday after learning they were missing.

The children have different fathers, who are brothers.

Police say the boys were taken to a nearby hospital for a routine check, but they appear to be fine.
