Police: Device explodes in front of Nutley home

NUTLEY - Police say a device exploded tonight in front of a Walnut Street home in Nutley. Witnesses say police were marking the sites where shrapnel landed. Authorities would not say what kind of explosive device it was. Police say that it doesn't seem like an accident and that the area looks suspicious.
