BERGENFIELD - A custodian was found dead inside Bergenfield High School Tuesday morning.

Bergenfield police say that it appears that 59-year-old David Zatta died of natural causes. He was found inside the second floor leisure room around 7 a.m.

The Bergen County Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the scene and says that the death does not seem to be suspicious.

The school opening was delayed about two hours. Students arrived around 10:30 a.m.

Zatta, of Dumont, worked the overnight shift at the high school.
