CAMDEN - Authorities have charged a man with murder for allegedly killing a 6-year-old boy and slashing his sister's throat while they slept.
According to police, Osvaldo Rivera, 31, broke into the home on Ware Street around 2 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Dominick Andujor, 6, died as a result of the attack. Authorities say Amber, 12, was critically wounded when her throat was slashed as she slept in another room. She is being treated at Cooper University Hospital.
A 14-year-old girl who was baby-sitting the children and a 9-year-old girl were in the home but were not harmed.
Police say the suspect used a mix of marijuana and PCP referred to as 'wet' before the attack; the same drug cops believe was used by Chevonne Thomas before she beheaded her 2-year-old son in Camden almost two weeks ago.
