PATERSON - Two more men have been charged in connection with the shooting death of 12-year-old Genesis Rincon.
Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes and Acting Chief of Police William Fraher of the Paterson Police Department say charges were filed against Jeffery Ellerbee, 21, and Marshae Anthony, 19.
Ellerbee was charged with one count of first-degree murder, along with weapons charges. Anthony was charged only with weapons charges.

Rincon was struck in the head as she rode a scooter with two friends on Rosa Parks Boulevard near Warren Street on July 5. Two other children who were with her were not injured. The children were on their way back from a store to a family gathering.
Ellerbee is being held on a $2 million cash bond. Bond was set at $75,000 for Anthony.
A third suspect, Jhymiere Moore, who turned himself in Wednesday, entered a not-guilty plea at an initial court appearance on Friday.
