EWING - Ewing police have arrested one of two men wanted in connection with a home invasion that left a 92-year-old woman bound and injured.

Police say that two men broke into the home on Manor Drive late at night on March 28. The two allegedly assaulted and tied up the woman who lived there and then ransacked the home. The men also stole the woman’s car, according to police.

Ewing police were able to identify Joseph Blanche, 21, as a possible suspect in the case. He was arrested at his home in Trenton Wednesday with the help of the U.S. Marshal Regional Task Force.

Blanche was charged with kidnapping, robbery and aggravated assault, among other charges. His bail was set at $2 million.

Police say that there is still at least one more suspect at large. Anyone who might have information about the crime is asked to call Ewing police at 609-882-7530.
