PATERSON - (AP) - Police are looking for a gunman after ashooting in Paterson that left one man dead and two others wounded.

Officers responding to a report of shots fired found the victimsMonday night in front of All-Star Installation, an auto businessthat specializes in tinted windows and audio equipment.

Detective Lt. Ronald Humphrey tells the Bergen Record thatpolice are searching for one man believed to be the gunman. He saysno weapon has been recovered.

Police say a 51-year-old man was killed. Humphrey says a31-year-old man was shot in the stomach and was hospitalized incritical but stable condition. He says a 38-year-old man was shotin the buttocks, and his injury is not believed to belife-threatening.

The victims' names haven't been released.

Humphrey says a motive for the shooting is unknown.
