FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP - A fleet of pink fire trucks traveling cross country stopped in Franklin Township today as part of a a fundraiser for women's diseases.

Dave Graybill, a former professional baseball player turned fireman, launched the "Pink Heals" campaign in 2008.

Graybill says he wanted to make a difference. He started out with just one truck, now he has 50, in two different countries.

The summer tour kicked off this year in Phoenix, Ariz.

Graybill and his group of volunteers raise money through shirt sales, and various other fundraisers, featuring Graybill's pink trucks.

Money raised benefits women fighting all kinds of illnesses in the communities where the events are held.
