Piece of 9/11 steel dedicated in Woodland Park

WOODLAND PARK - A piece of steel from 9/11 was dedicated today in Woodland Park.

The 117-pound steel beam will now be on display in front of the first aid squad in the Passaic County town.

Acting Gov. Kim Guadagno spoke at the event and remembered those lost in the terror attacks more than 10 years ago. Guadagno is serving as acting governor during Gov. Chris Christie's trip to Israel.

More than 1.5 million pounds of wreckage were preserved after the attacks on the World Trade Center.
