A father from Paterson is facing charges after 48 packets of heroin were found in his 2-year-old son's jacket at a day care center.

PATERSON - A father from Paterson is facing charges after 48 packets of heroin were found in his 2-year-old son's jacket at a day care center.

Phillip Young was taken into custody after employees at Michael's Energy Factory found the drugs and called police. Young has been charged with child endangerment.

Investigators don't believe the child knew the drugs were there or that other children were exposed to the heroin.
