PERTH AMBOY - Perth Amboy residents are worried that the expected nor'easter will damage the newly restored area after Sandy.

Much progress has been made in the months after the superstorm devastated the town's waterfront area. Mayor Wilda Diaz says she is concerned that Wednesday's storm will hinder the repairs the town desperately needs.

Perhaps the area of most concern is the unfinished bulkhead repairs near Raritan Bay. The bulkhead's concrete base was just poured on Tuesday.
