PERTH AMBOY - Perth Amboy residents are angry over the killing of a special needs man by police on Wednesday.

Middlesex County's prosecutor says Dixon Rodriguez lunged at an officer with a knife and says the entire incident was caught on surveillance video.

The equipment used to record it was confiscated by police and has not been released.

Family and friends are calling for that video to be released for all to see.

"The community has to know what happened," says Victor Ramirez.

A march and rally for Dixon Rodriguez is planned for Friday afternoon.
