Hoboken assault suspect turns himself in

One of the suspects wanted in a brutal beating at a Hoboken McDonald's has turned himself in.

HOBOKEN - One of the suspects wanted in a brutal beating at a Hoboken McDonald's has turned himself in.

Paul Maiolini appeared in Hudson County Court Friday and was charged with aggravated assault and endangering an injured victim by leaving the scene.

Hoboken police say Maiolini and another man yet to be identified got into an altercation with another patron at the McDonald's on Memorial Day and beat the man unconscious.

Hoboken police are still trying to identify the second man wanted for the attack.
